Summer grilling, with a southern spin! Watch Mindy Lockard and her husband make a sausage, potato, vegetable and shrimp boil on the grill. Serve with melted butter, cocktail and tartar sauce then eat right out of the foil – no utensils or dishes required! A great way to bring friends and family together, this dinner is delicious and interactive.

Seafood Boil

Ingredients (per packet):
3-4 baby potatoes
1/2 sweet potato
1/2 sausage
1/2 artichoke (steamed)
5 shrimp
1/2 ear of corn
1/2 sm onion
olive oil
Old Bay seasoning
lemon wedges
1 cup water
melted butter
cocktail and tartar sauce

Tools:
foil
warm towels
bowl

Steps:
1. Pre-cut and clean all of the ingredients
2. Put the foil in the bowl in each direction to create a foil packet
3. Add shrimp, sausage, potatoes and vegetables to foil packet
4. Top with lemon, oil, bay seasoning, salt and pepper and mix with hands
5. Add water to foil packet
6. Seal foil packet then put on the grill for 10-15 min
7. Remove packet from grill (careful when opening)
8. Serve with individual dips and lemon
