Gazpacho Soup Recipe
Serves 6

Ingredients (per jar):
¼ c cucumber, chopped
½ c onions, chopped
¼ c tomatoes, chopped
red, yellow and green peppers, chopped
½ c tomato juice
¼ c tomato soup
1 T Italian dressing
½ T lemon juice
¼ t garlic, minced or pressed

Tools:
6 mason jars

Steps:
1. Put vegetables in each jar, filling 3/4 full
2. Pour tomato juice and soup into each jar
3. Add Italian dressing
4. Add lemon juice
5. Add garlic
6. Shake jar, ensuring lid is closed tightly
7. Refrigerate

Pasta Salad Recipe
Serves 6

Ingredients (for 6 jars):
16 oz cooked pasta
red, yellow and green peppers, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
½ onion, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
cherry tomatoes
olives
string cheese
salami
Italian dressing

Tools:
6 mason jars

Steps:
1. Toss all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix with dressing
2. Evenly distribute into jars
3. Refrigerate
