BBQ Chicken Breast Recipe

2 chicken breasts
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 jar BBQ sauce
slider rolls



  1. Put chicken, carrot, onion and BBQ sauce in slow-cooker; cook on low for 8 hours
  2. Shred chicken with two forks
  3. Add more BBQ sauce, if desired
  4. Add shredded chicken and coleslaw to buns
  5. Serve and enjoy
